With over 40 years’ experience in the Auckland commercial and industrial market, under new ownership and a transformed professional services offering, we have re-branded the business to reflect the new approach to service delivery and scope of services offered.
With origins of three real estate offices in Auckland in the 1970s, sold down and consolidated over time to a more manageable single commercial office in the 2000s as the founder approached retirement (John Arnold Haig Robinson), the business is now under new ownership and management.
The new owners, having corporate commercial backgrounds, have transformed the business to better align the nature and scope of the services provided to that sought by today’s astute property investor and other market participants.
With a ‘consultancy’ style approach, our team is dedicated to bringing quality of service to our clients. We are not here to clip the ticket; we optimise financial and other commercial outcomes for our clients whilst also ensuring the property is the right fit for the party on the other side of the transaction.
The newly transformed business now offers services in: property sourcing (for tenants and buyers); property management; leasing; on-market and off-market sales; advice; tenant representation; and appraisals (including by discounted cash flow analysis).
Clients have access to a professional team of brokers, most of whom who are into their second career with professional backgrounds such as corporate, legal, engineering, construction. With more than seven languages spoken in the office, we are well positioned to service today’s modern multi-cultural New Zealand property market.
