How do we achieve this you ask? We are very careful about who we bring into our team. We only hire team players who are genuinely client focused. Check out our team here – most of our staff are ex professionals – engineers, lawyers, accountants, and ex business owners. Our diverse team is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Gujarati, Hindi and Punjabi. It is this combined expertise in a collaborative team environment that makes us so effective.

We understand how sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants value risk in a transaction. We understand the key value drivers of property and how to leverage them in a sale or lease transaction.
We understand that a successful transaction requires more than finding middle ground on price. We are problem solvers. We can work with tenants that have unusual requirements, or the buyer that can’t quite see the upside potential in a property. We can structure a transaction to suit the circumstances of the client – a sale with lease-back; a ‘lease to buy’; restructuring leases to support a sale, etc.
It is people and relationships that get the job done
We are good at what we do. Unlike a lot of other agencies that will seek to have the client fund a large marketing campaign budget, which is often simply brand marketing for the agency, we understand that while marketing can be valuable, it is people and relationships that sell a property.
